I am a 700-hour certified yoga teacher — 500-Hour and 200-Hour TTC — on a quiet mission to help people live healthier, happier, more balanced lives.
Over the years I have guided more than three hundred students across ages, bodies and stages of life — in studios, in offices, in living rooms, and online — meeting each person where they are.
